If you need assistance moving your domain to Squarespace, I recommend contacting Squarespace customer service first, as they can provide up-to-date information on the current process.
If you’ve purchased a domain outside of Squarespace, you will also need to contact your domain hosting account (e.g. GoDaddy, BlueHost, Google Domains, etc) to complete the transfer or connection.
While I can offer general guidance and help translate some of the jargon I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to help since every host platform is unique.
