I was! I have my MSW and I was a private practice therapist until 2019 when I transitioned into web design. I loved my practice but after becoming a mom I re-evaluated what I wanted from my career. Running Go Bloom gives me ultimate flexibility while still getting to do work I love and be in the world of therapy (just in a different way).

Do you only work with therapists?

My focus is working with therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals. Because I’m a former therapist myself, I get the unique challenges of your field and what matters to your clients. Coaches and other service-based business owners have also found my templates a great fit.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?

Not at all. My process is designed to be approachable and step-by-step — no jargon, no overwhelm.

Do you only use Squarespace?

Yes! Squarespace is my specialty because it’s beginner-friendly, easy to update on your own, and SEO-friendly when set up correctly (which I’ll show you how to do in my tutorials!).

What’s included with a Squarespace template?

Each template comes with a pre-designed site that’s yours to customize, plus a guide to help you write content for each page, and step-by-step instructions so you can launch with confidence.

Can I change the colors, fonts, or layout on a template?

Absolutely. Templates are flexible — you can update branding, swap photos, and edit layouts to make the site uniquely yours.

Do your templates work for group practices or just solo therapists?

Both! Many templates include optional layouts (like “Meet the Team”) so they work beautifully for solo practices or groups.

Are your templates SEO-friendly?

Yes! Templates are structured with SEO best practices in mind. You’ll be able to update the copy to include your specialties and location so your ideal clients can find you. My template tutorials will walk you through SEO best practices. Plus, Squarespace comes with built-in features to help you easily boost your SEO!

How much do templates cost?

Templates are a one-time fee (priced as listed here) and there are no ongoing costs from me. Squarespace does have its own hosting fee, which you’ll pay directly to them annually. You’ll get 25% off this price for your first year for being my customer.

Are your templates made with AI?

Nope. My templates are made from my own human brain and all the many years of experience I have as a therapist and as a web designer exclusively for therapists. Sometimes I use AI to create the placeholder content you see in the templates. Those are there for inspiration only, and are meant to be replaced by your own original content.

What is Website in a Week?

It’s my signature done-for-you service where I write, design and launch your therapy website in just one week!

How much do I need to prepare in advance?

I’ll guide you through everything I need (like your photos and content) before your design week starts. We’ll have a planning meeting ahead of your design week to go over everything in person so you’ll always know what is needed from you and when.

Can I add extra features or pages?

Yes! We’ll outline your goals in our Discovery Call. The price includes 6 pages and the customization of one of my templates. Extra pages beyond 6 or advanced features may extend the scope and price, but we will map it all out ahead of time so you will never have any surprises on timeline or price!

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes! I offer options for post-launch support if you’d like extra help after your site goes live. You get 2 weeks of free tech support if you find any bugs after launch. I also offer special rates and packages for past clients who need consultation or additional work post-launch (for example adding new service pages, updating content or adding new features).

What are the payment options?

Website in a Week comes with a flexible payment plan to make it easier to spread out the cost over 6 months.

Do you offer SEO services?

Yes! I offer SEO strategy, a self-paced course (The Bloom with SEO System), and consulting to help therapists get found online.

What’s the difference between your SEO course and your done-for-you SEO service?

The course is DIY-friendly, with step-by-step guidance so you can learn how to optimize your own site. My SEO Boost Service ($549) is a hands-on audit — I’ll show you what’s going on “under the hood” of your site and give you a clear roadmap of fixes. From there, you can either implement the changes yourself or opt into my SEO Foundation service ($1500), where I’ll complete the optimizations for you.

Can I actually handle SEO on my own?

Absolutely. My goal is to teach you simple, effective steps so you can take control of your visibility without needing to spend hours on social media.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for services (like Website in a Week). Templates are a one-time fee.

What’s your refund policy?

Digital products (like templates) are non-refundable. For services, refunds depend on the stage of the project. Service terms will be clearly laid out in a contract before I begin any work, so you’ll understand exactly what to expect.

Do you design logos or branding?

I provide colors, fonts, and simple type-based logo options as part of the process. But I’m not a graphic logo designer.

Do you use AI in your business?

Like the majority of businesses these days, I use AI tools in some aspects of my business to make certain things more efficient. My experience helping hundreds of therapists with their websites, the hours and hours I pour into learning and training every year, and my experience as a therapist is what drives all the content and products I create. Whether I use AI or not, I always use my human brain to review, edit, and fact check everything I put out there.
